Why FDI Labs
Our work is serious and specific. We help government investigators find and present digital evidence, so your day might involve imaging a server on a search operation, tracing accounting data in an ERP system, or building a tool that speeds up an officer’s search.
You will learn from examiners who have worked on casework for 18 years, across six offices, with the most trusted forensic tools. We also run training for officers, so teaching and learning are part of the job.

Who does well here
- B.Sc or M.Sc in digital forensics, cyber security or a related field
- At least one year of hands-on acquisition or analysis
- Careful, methodical and comfortable with documentation
- Discreet with sensitive information
- Willing to travel for on-site operations
